Role Purpose Lead the development of Harbour’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across commercial, financial, operational, and geopolitical dimensions. Drive portfolio optimisation, market intelligence, and long-term investment planning to support sustainable value creation. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine strategy across upstream and energy transition (CCS) activities. Analyse industry trends, macroeconomic and geopolitical factors to inform strategic decisions. Oversee competitor analysis and market intelligence. Support business planning, investor communications, and capital market updates. Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend optimisation or divestment strategies. Contribute to M&A screening and strategic partnerships. Represent Harbour at industry events and with key stakeholders. Lead special projects and prepare strategic briefings for senior leadership. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred. Extensive strategy or corporate development experience in upstream oil & gas. Strong understanding of E&P economics, energy transition, and capital markets. Proven track record in portfolio management and strategic planning. Global experience and familiarity with ESG frameworks are a plus. Skills & Attributes Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Excellent communicator across technical and executive audiences. Comfortable representing the company externally. High integrity, sound judgment, and collaborative mindset.
