Description The SVP of Commercial Operations will serve as the company’s primary growth engine, with full ownership of all revenue-generating functions. This strategic, execution-oriented leader will develop and execute the global commercial strategy, scale go-to-market operations, and deliver predictable, profitable growth. The ideal candidate is a proven operator with a track record of scaling SaaS-focused businesses and deep expertise in enterprise sales, marketing, customer expansion, and operational rigor. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the overall commercial strategy, including market segmentation, pricing, packaging, channel strategy, and international expansion. Own full P&L responsibility for all commercial functions, meeting aggressive revenue targets while optimizing efficiency and profitability. Build, mentor, and scale world-class Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations teams; attract top-tier talent and cultivate a high-performance culture. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance leadership to align go-to-market with the product roadmap, ensure customer feedback loops, and drive cross-functional execution. Establish operational excellence through metrics, rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision - making. Develop and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs to drive growth. Represent the company externally to key customers, industry analysts, partners, and at major events; serve as a visible thought leader in the industry. Continuously optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), net revenue retention (NRR), and magic number efficiency metrics. Requirements 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial and sales operations within enterprise SaaS or software consulting companies. Proven track record of scaling ARR from $50M to $200M+ in a B2B SaaS environment, with direct experience managing enterprise sales cycles ($100K–$1M+ in ACV). Multiple instances of building and leading high-velocity, high-performing commercial organizations (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success). Strong P&L management experience with demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth. Preferred Experience in one or more relevant verticals (e.g., s oftware c onsulting s ervices, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, fintech, or vertical SaaS). Prior success in taking a company through major milestones (e.g., acquisition or international expansion). Experience in both direct sales and channel/partner-led models.
