About the position

As a Supervisor of Maintenance & Construction, you'll play a key role in coordinating, supervising, and overseeing multi-craft technical teams engaged in both construction and maintenance projects. You will ensure the highest standards of work quality, safety, and efficiency while supporting an outstanding team of technicians. Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a talented technical workforce, including up to master-level technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and up to code.

• Organize work schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.

• Train employees on the latest equipment, methods, procedures, and safety techniques to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress, ensuring compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with customers, project technicians, and external contractors to guarantee projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Oversee purchasing, estimating costs, and managing resources effectively to maintain smooth operations and job flow.

Requirements
• High School diploma or GED and at least 5 years of relevant experience, plus current NM licensure in one or more construction trades disciplines.

• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and managing multi-trade projects.

• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.

• The ability to supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of technicians to enhance performance.

• Proficiency in work order management systems and basic job costing.

• A strong commitment to maintaining workplace safety and environmental practices.
