Support Specialists - Remote or Hybrid Remote/Torrington, CT
Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities is seeking individuals to fill the positions for Support Specialists (Remote or Hybrid Remote/Torrington, CT).
ā¢ *Primary Responsibilities:
ā¢ Train and consult with service providers, families and others regarding the use of Therap Services software.
ā¢ Provide support and guidance to service professionals across our customer base that utilize Therap Services software.
ā¢ Guide customers on utilization of the software using live customer support, webinars and workshops.
ā¢ Communicate customer feedback to respective teams to help design and improve system and training materials.
ā¢ *Skills Required:
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Adapts quickly to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience for our customers.
ā¢ Proficient in the use of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Web Applications and Email.
ā¢ Ability to problem solve and meet challenges head on with creative solutions.
ā¢ *Preferences:**
ā¢ Experience working in the human service field is recommended.
ā¢ Experience using Therap Services applications is highly recommended.
ā¢ Interest in developmental disabilities, teaching, public speaking and presenting.
