Title: Support Engineer Hospital Technology Support (3rd Shift)Location: St. Louis, MO (63108) / RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (No C2C or sponsorship available) Job Description: Talent Groups is seeking a Support Engineer to join our growing Healthcare Technology Support team in St. Louis, MO, providing 3rd shift support for clients across the USA, Ireland, and Australia. This is a customer-facing, first-line support role, ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service, resolving complex technical issues, and supporting mission-critical technologies used in hospital environments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting applications in healthcare or hospital systems and possess a solid understanding of hospital workflows, system integrations (HL7), and user support needs. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in technical or application support, ideally in a SaaS or healthcare environment Previous experience supporting hospital or clinical systems Knowledge of HL7 standards, integration engines (e.g., Mirth), or electronic health record (EHR) platforms is a plus Strong troubleshooting skills with experience testing and validating solutions Proficiency with Microsoft technologies: MSSQL, Web Applications, Windows Server, and Azure infrastructure Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) Understanding of networking concepts, including VLAN, DHCP, and DNS Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) and Mobile Device Management platforms (e.g., Airwatch) is a plus Exposure to AV/IPTV systems in a healthcare environment is beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams Fluent in English (spoken and written) Willingness and ability to work an overnight (3rd shift) schedule Talent Groups thanks all applicants for their interest.
