Support Coordinator - Part Time (Night Shift)

Dive into the world of customer inquiries with finesse, whether it's through the art of phone calls or service cloud
Be the master of problem resolution, clarifying complaints, determining root causes, and... delivering solutions that leave customers satisfied
Keep communication top of mind by recording all details, performing internal tasks with multi-tasking abilities, and being the go-to expert on all things Field Nation.
You may be a good fit if you have:
Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfaction
Ability to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situations
Mastery in the art of diplomacy, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining as a neutral third party.
A knack for attention to detail; its not just a trait; its a way of life for you

Other Details:
This is a part-time position. Field Nation Support operates 24/7/365 days hence working hours may vary depending on the individual Support Coordinators schedule 15 to 30 hours per week between 8 pm to 5 am (Monday through Friday).
In case of an increased workload or on-call nature, additional hours may be needed.
Our office is located in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
