About the Role As a Supply Chain Network Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store network processes, from delivery to fulfillment centers. You will analyze data from various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions to optimize network efficiencies, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data from various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize network efficiencies Streamline supply chain execution by determining and supporting a flow way channel from provider to store to best fit sales, in-stock, and profit measurements Collaborate with partners to ensure deals, in-stock, stock, productivity, and strategy objectives are accomplished Identify and address exceptions, disturbances, and supply chain constraints that may impact inventory network execution Develop and present suggestions to address conflicting objectives and provide recommendations for corrective actions Provide field-level guidance and direction to the execution of tasks and address performance-related issues with partners Oversee supply chain flow process improvement efforts by contributing to the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain partners Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Scene/Scene Prep Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or a related field Certification in supply chain management or a related field (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) Experience with lean concepts and process improvement methodologies Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Walmart, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
