Olipop’s Supply Chain Manager- Repack & Customization will be tasked with building out a robust repack and display build program, coupled with a robust comprehension of the supply network throughout the Supply Chain. The role demands exceptional business negotiation and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strategic leadership, a partnership-oriented approach, and a proven track record of deploying and executing new supply chain initiatives to facilitate the rapid expansion of the business. Reports to Olipop Director of Planning. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee repack and display build program across multiple 3pl locations. Coordinate production schedules and timelines with sales and planning teams. Lead weekly repack meetings with third party managers, planners and logistics teams. Collaborate with material planning team on the ordering of packaging used in repacking and display building. Monitor inventory levels across multiple FG warehouses and work closely with customer service to ensure all orders are being fulfilled in full and on-time to meet our Fill Rate % metric. Anticipate and communicate current and potential risks and opportunities to Senior Management so they can make appropriate decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the positioning and maintenance of finished goods inventories, in such a way to balance customer fill rate, inventory carrying costs and transportation. Establish guidelines to achieve cost-efficient movement of finished goods. Support monthly cycle counting of packaging and finished goods. Manage Primary contact for all Club programs including promotions, in and outs, special events, and customer specific programs. Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting to senior leadership. Lead implementation and revision of SOP’s as appropriate. Contributes to monthly slow moving and obsolete process to minimize aged inventory with Finance, Sales, and Warehouse teams. Be the key stakeholder in owning and maintaining data and reporting within our MRP system for repack locations. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in a CPG or beverage manufacturing environment is a plus Proven business, negotiation, and analytica/problem-solving skills; experience negotiating and developing and managing contracts and agreements Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, QA, Contract Manufacturing Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and contract management. Experience working with NetSuite a plus. Strong understanding of production standards manual, bill of materials, etc. Broad knowledge base in ingredients, quality, packaging, manufacturing, shipping, regulatory, etc. Solution-oriented problem solver and possesses a growth mindset. Ability to handle complex situations involving multiple SKU’s, channels, and distribution models. Transparent, open/honest communicator and strong relationship building and management skills. Ability to be a collaborative leader and team member in a dynamic high growth environment. Ability to resolve, recommend, and strategically influence conflicting interests and priorities from different functions. Experience working in a startup, high growth environment is also a plus. Experience working successfully with remote teams in multiple states. This position is fully remote. 30% travel to co-packers as required.
