Role Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of order processing, delivery execution, and invoicing for air conditioning systems in an international environment. The role acts as a central interface between European customers, Asian and European manufacturing plants, logistics partners, and internal commercial teams, ensuring smooth operations, transparent communication, and reliable reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage order intake, processing, and confirmation in SAP Coordinate orders with manufacturing plants located in Asia and Europe Manage international deliveries and shipment execution to customers across Europe Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers Create and process customer invoices in SAP Act as primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices Communicate closely with factories, customers, and internal stakeholders Prepare statistics, reports, and analyses related to orders, deliveries, and performance Support continuous improvement of supply chain and order-to-cash processes Key Interfaces European Sales Organizations and Customers Manufacturing Plants in Asia and Europe Logistics Providers and Freight Forwarders Sales, Finance, Commercial, and SAP / IT Teams Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or comparable qualification Experience in supply chain, order management, or commercial operations Solid SAP experience (Order Management / Invoicing) Experience with international supply chains and deliveries Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage Key Competencies Strong coordination and communication skills Structured, reliable, and analytical working style Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work effectively in an international environment Our commitment Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
