Supply Chain Inventory Analyst III

Summary:
The main function of the Inventory Analyst is to ensure provide timely reporting and status on finished goods inventory, transaction work in system of record for allocations and general item maintenance, and various assignments and activities related to inventory planning and system updates.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Transact allocation data directly into allocation management system in alignment with management direction
ā¢ Inventory status, reporting and analysis
ā¢ Timely and thorough response to inquiries from XFN partners and direct team related to inventory planning and related updates
ā¢ Various assignments and activities related to inventory planning and execution
Skills:
ā¢ Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and across different modes e.g. chat, email, verbal, meetings
ā¢ Experience in systems e.g. ERP and Planning software applications (e.g. Oracle, o9, etc.).
ā¢ Critical thinking skills, working through operational issues, providing root cause and corrective action suggestions to small/medium supply chain challenges
ā¢ General working knowledge of supply chain management and related methodologies and principles
ā¢ Proficient in spreadsheets (MS excel, Google sheets)
Education/Experience:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in business or a related business field required.
Pay range is $42 - $47 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
