Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist

Join our team as a Supply Chain Assistant Manager and play a key role in optimizing end-to-end operations for our Amazon clients. If you excel in data-driven decision-making, supplier coordination, and operational efficiency, this role is for you. Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities • Inventory Planning & Forecasting: Build demand forecasts, analyze trends and seasonality, and maintain optimal stock levels using Amazon 7-day and 30-day reports. • Replenishment & Reordering: Define reorder points, manage lead times, and ensure smooth replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstocking. • Supplier & Shipment Management: Communicate directly with suppliers, coordinate production timelines, create packing lists, and manage freight options and shipment plans in Seller Central. • Cost & Compliance Oversight: Monitor COGS, storage costs, and cash flow; support Amazon FBA compliance with suppliers; help identify cost-saving opportunities including bulk purchasing. • Operational Organization: Maintain clear documentation, naming conventions, centralized filing, and easy-to-use trackers for POs, shipments, inventory, and invoices. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering (Supply Chain Management preferred). • 4-6 years in supply chain management (excluding internships). • At least 3 years of experience with Amazon’s ecosystem. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis. • Ready for an immediate start.
