Supply Chain Analyst - Williams Sonoma

The Supply Chain Analyst will analyze supply chain projects and manage relationships between stakeholders to improve efficiency and drive profitable business decisions. Responsibilities Gather and interpret relevant data including inventory, costs, productivity, and supply/demand patterns Coordinate customer-facing order dates, inbound prioritization, order processes, and other supply chain activities Analyze order fulfilment metrics and propose solutions to root cause issues to ensure positive customer experience Assist cross-functional partners in ensuring evolving omni order-fulfilment methods are executed properly Recommend effective processes and procedures to improve workflow, profitability, efficiency, and transparency Provide analytical support for projects, process and system upgrades, and new business opportunities Partner with Inventory Management, Sourcing, Distribution Center Operations, and Logistics teams to investigate opportunities and develop solutions to maintain an efficient supply chain Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of supply chain, logistics, or inventory experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, tables, lookups, data analysis) Strong attention to detail Understanding of purchase orders, replenishment, and lead times Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and escalation skills Ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, DCs, and internal teams Retail or distribution experience Benefits A generous discount on all WSI brands A 401(k) plan and other investment opportunities Paid vacations, holidays, and time off to volunteer Health benefits, dental and vision insurance, including same-sex domestic partner benefits Tax-free commuter benefits A wellness program that supports your physical, financial and emotional health In-person and online learning opportunities through WSI University Cross-brand and cross-function career opportunities Resources for self-development Advisor (Mentor) program Career development workshops, learning programs, and speaker series Company Overview Founded in 1956, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is the premier specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home.
