THE TYPE OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a similar role, preferably within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, particularly in household cleaners or a related sector • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions • Solid understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP Possessing these skills is also preferred: • Proven experience with master data management within an ERP system; NetSuite proficiency • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SUPPLY AND DEMAND PLANNING MANAGERThis full-time inventory management role works from home Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.As a remote Supply and Demand Planning Manager at our household cleaning products company, your day begins by analyzing sales data and market trends to refine demand forecasts for our popular dish pods and cleaning products. With your insights, you build a supply plan that aligns perfectly with production capacity and inventory goals, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. Throughout the day, you monitor stock levels, adjust safety stock thresholds, and collaborate with teams across production and procurement to keep everything running smoothly.Your work keeps shelves stocked and customers happy.
