THE TYPE OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a similar role, preferably within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, particularly in household cleaners or a related sector • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions • Solid understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP Possessing these skills is also preferred: • Proven experience with master data management within an ERP system; NetSuite proficiency • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SUPPLY AND DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER This full-time inventory management role works from home Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
