Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for improving sales operations within the Supplemental Health Solutions division.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sales operations, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales productivity and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain sales operation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Serve as a liaison between sales teams and other departments, providing support and addressing any operational challenges.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues with sales operations systems and tools, working with IT teams to resolve them.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales operations and provide recommendations for implementation.
Assist in the development and execution of sales training programs and materials.
Prepare and present reports on sales operations performance to senior management.
Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.
Collaborate with finance teams to develop and maintain sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Support the growth of the supplemental health business through data analysis and strategic initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of sales operations strategies and goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
