About the position
The position involves overseeing clinical management programs and ensuring that departmental goals are met through effective monitoring of productivity and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for quality improvement and implementing updated processes to enhance service delivery. Additionally, the position entails supervising staff, which includes hiring, motivating, and evaluating team members to ensure the effectiveness of programs and the professional evaluation of clinical services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, with at least four years of clinical experience and two years of supervisory experience. Experience in Utilization Management or Case Management is also required. A Registered Nurse (RN) license, active in the state of Tennessee or in a participating state under the Nurse Licensure Compact Law, is mandatory for this position.
