Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales Representative, Hawaii

The Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales Representative will manage the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department, support the sales team, and ensure budgeted sales goals are met. Responsibilities Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as assigned Recruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives Support of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives Monitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions payment Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers Perform other duties as requested by supervisor Skills Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Knowledge of Community Sales practices Valid driverĀ“s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance BachelorĀ“s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required Sales experience - 1+ Sales Supervisory experience preferred - 0.5+ Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred Knowledge of Company products and services preferred Supervisory or leadership experience - 1+ Benefits Comprehensive pay and benefits package Incentive-based compensation such as bonuses Company Overview Spectrum is a cable telecommunications company that offers a range of home entertainment and information services.
