DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Supervises personnel by providing direction, feedback and coaching in the areas of engineering tasks, workflows, and professional development
• Supporting manufacturing/repair/remanufacturing/refurbishing operations, such as specification creation, production support, and trouble shooting.
• Implementing regulatory requirements in the manufactured products.
• Communicates with Nintendo Company Limited (NCL) to resolve various issues and implement projects relating to product launch, production, and repair operations.
• Communicates with vendors/suppliers/partners to resolve various production issues.
• Maintains understanding of department work load to optimize resources within assigned te

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
• Five or more years of related engineering experience.
• Requires 5 years of experience managing and leading engineering projects.
• Requires excellent understanding of all aspects of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering concepts.
• Fluent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills required
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related degree.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $117,400 - $211,300 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Please see our for more benefits information.
