Ā Maintain, validate, and research variances in finished goods and raw material inventories.

Ā Appraise performance and address complaints to resolve problems.

Ā Build positive associate morale and foster a collaborative work environment.

Ā Count and enter data into multiple software systems.

Ā Create Excel spreadsheets to upload and download inventory information.

Ā Prepare reports for inventory variances and yield percentages.

Ā Initiate investigations of inventory discrepancies and maintain data for audits.

Ā Track variance trends and troubleshoot sources of discrepancies.
Requirements
Ā Minimum age of 18 years old.

Ā Valid driver's license required and compliance with fleet policy.

Ā Ability to read, write, and speak English.
,
Ā Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ā Proven ability to coach and manage multiple associates' needs and concerns.
,
Ā Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 12 months of related experience or training.
