Supervisor - Executive, Development, International, and Embassy - Remote
The Supervisor of Executive Development & International Finance directs and manages the EDI Financial Specialist and EDI Billing Representative staff across multiple sites, coordinating the patient experience, performing administrative tasks, and overseeing the patient registration, financial, and other responsibilities.

ā¢ Optimizing staff productivity and establishing criteria for service expectations
ā¢ Implement retention planning and staff development initiatives
ā¢ Proactively working to minimize front-end related errors and claims denials
ā¢ Manage work queues and support necessary patient escalations
ā¢ Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership to create and implement process improvement initiatives
