Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations and provide expertise in billing processes
• Supervise Billing Specialists and monitor daily workflow and results
• Address billing discrepancies and coordinate with other departments
• Perform quality oversight for claims to ensure proper reimbursement
• Participate in the hiring and training of new staff members
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of Ten-Key by touch
• Ability to type an average of 40+ WPM
• Detail-oriented with experience deciphering contract language
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate degree in a related field
