Position Summary: The Compliance/Regulatory Intern will support the department by monitoring and auditing compliance programs, identifying and addressing potential risks, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in assessing compliance risks, conducting audits, and contributing to the development and implementation of compliance strategies. The intern will assist in ensuring that compliance activities meet industry standards and regulatory guidelines, while identifying areas of improvement. This role will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. What you will do: Compliance Monitoring and Auditing: • Assist in monitoring and auditing compliance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations • Support the identification and assessment of potential compliance risks and help develop strategies to mitigate them Policy Training and Support: • Participate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs • Assist in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures Regulatory Research and Risk Management: • Research regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Support data privacy initiatives and anti-fraud measures Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Process Improvement: • Assist in the management of conflict-of-interest disclosures and related processes • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance and regulatory matters What you need: • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field • Strong analytical and research abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint What you get: • Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment • Work on impactful projects that contribute to the company's compliance initiatives • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced industry professionals • Build connections through networking opportunities with interns and company stewards • To impact industry change in the pharmacy benefits management space, while delivering the highest quality patient outcomes • To work in a culture where people thrive because when OUR team thrives, OUR business thrives Other Position Details: • $17 - $18 per hour, depending on experience • 25-40 hours per week (flexible, Monday through Friday, based on scheduling) • 2 full months - June 1st – August 7th, 2026 • End of internship presentation to leadership (last week) • First round interviews will begin mid-January Apply tot his job
