Summer Intern, Software Engineering

They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Summer Intern to join their Software Engineering team, providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects. Responsibilities Consume product requirements and acceptance criteria and produce a tech plan for implementation Contribute to code changes that enhance our products offerings Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative solutions Assist in performing thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure flawless functionality Participate in code reviews, sharing insights and learning from peers Gain familiarity with software deployment pipelines and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes Skills Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field A natural curiosity and passion for asking insightful questions to deepen your understanding Eagerness to propose creative ideas and solutions to challenges Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as NodeJS, Spring and Hibernate as well as core Java, Bash and PL/SQL Basic understanding of REST API Microservices Knowledge of basic Linux/Unix commands Candidates must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate course of study and be a rising senior (senior commencing Fall 2026) with a minimum GPA of 3.3 and be eligible to work in the US Exposure to GitLab for repository management and CI/CD pipelines Company Overview BetaNXT is a wealth management company that provides frictionless wealth management enterprise solutions.
