What it’s Like The Peace of Mind Product Team manages Security, Family Safety, Connected Device, and Location products from end to end - starting at the network layer through the UI and control within T-Life. We keep our customers safe and protect the people and things they care about, while providing unique and world class digital experiences. What You’ll Do This role will assist the product management team in bringing our products and features to life. They will play a role in giving tens of millions of customers new features that protect them, or bring them peace of mind. Key Responsibilities • Support the product management lifecycle from concept to launch across Security, Family Safety, and Connected Device products. • Conduct competitive analyses and customer research to inform feature prioritization and product strategy. • Partner with design, engineering, and analytics teams to define and validate product requirements. • Assist in building product documentation, including feature specs, user stories, and release notes. • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to influence product direction. What it Takes • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to translate data and research into clear insights. • Interest in cybersecurity, family safety, or connected device technologies. • Familiarity with product management concepts, agile processes, or digital user experience design is a plus. • Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • High School Diploma or GED • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program and have at least one semester remaining following the internship Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location. Never stop growing!
