We are seeking a highly motivated and talented MBA Intern to join our Corporate Strategy & Development team at RTX Corporation, a leading Aerospace and Defense company. About the Role:
As an MBA Intern in Corporate Strategy & Development, you will support active strategic projects and transactions, analyze market opportunities and competitive dynamics, evaluate potential acquisition targets, and develop presentations for RTX leadership and the Board of Directors. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Analyze market opportunities and competitive dynamics
Evaluate potential acquisition targets (including valuation, structuring, and actionability)
Develop presentations for RTX leadership and the Board of Directors
Support active M&A transactions
Requirements:
Currently pursuing an MBA (must not graduate prior to August 2025)
2+ years of prior strategy experience (at a consulting firm or in an internal strategy role) or transactional experience (at an investment bank or in a corporate development role)
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent business judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to take ownership of assigned projects, handle ambiguity, and independently drive for results
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Industry experience in Aerospace and/or Defense
Demonstrated experience building credibility and respect across functions and organizational levels
