Key Responsibilities As a Graduate Intern, Optimization, you will be an integral part of our Operations Decision Science team, working on a range of exciting projects that will challenge and engage you. Your primary responsibilities will include: Building complex data sets from multiple internal and external sources to support business decision-making Leveraging emerging technologies to identify efficient and meaningful ways to disseminate and synthesize data Designing, developing, implementing, and calibrating optimization products to drive business outcomes Interfacing with business unit leaders to develop and maintain internal customer relationships and understand their needs Maintaining a safety-conscious environment that prioritizes employee safety and well-being Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in operations research, data science, and analytical skills.
