You'll have the chance to: Collaborate with internal and external agency teams Gain exposure to company leaders through roundtables and final project showcases Develop valuable skills in digital marketing, including retail media, marketplaces, and marketing technology Work on a variety of projects, including competitive analysis, reporting documents, and strategy projects Participate in a summer project with fellow interns, presenting to leadership at the end Key Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll be responsible for: Collaborating with the team on upcoming retail media projects Creating reporting documents and conducting competitive analysis Attending meetings with vendors and internal partners Participating in the summer project with fellow interns Helping support the audit process and assisting with strategy projects as assigned Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: To be progressing towards a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field The ability to multitask, work with a team, and meet deadlines A high level of initiative, motivation, and positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs skills We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our team. If you reside within 60 miles of Lands' End's offices in Dodgeville, WI, or New York, NY, you may be expected to collaborate onsite in a hybrid fashion for up to 12 days per month.
