Success Partner with Elite Virtual Assistants (Remote)
Job Summary
Were looking for a polished and proactive Success Partner to build strong client relationships, oversee seamless collaboration with virtual assistants (VAs), and drive measurable results. This role focuses on client satisfaction, growth opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships while consistently delivering value and creating superfans. Remote/flexible position with strong preference for Cleveland (OH)-based candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build trust-based partnerships with clients, understand their goals, and track milestones and ROI.
Strategic Oversight: Act as the main point of contact between clients and VAs, managing onboarding, transitions, and ongoing service delivery.
Experience Improvement: Design and optimize the client journey, ensuring speed to value and measurable outcomes.
Growth Opportunities: Identify upsell opportunities and proactively reconnect with past clients to reestablish partnerships.
Collaboration: Work closely with VAs and internal teams to address roadblocks, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent delivery.
Metrics & Feedback: Track key metrics like CSAT, ROI, and retention, using insights to refine processes and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proficiency with tools like Asana, Zoho One, and GSuite.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
