This is not a beginner role.
We need someone who understands Substack deeply.
Settings. Deliverability. Imports. Engagement. Monetisation.
About the brand
You will work with a well known female health doctor in lab based hormone care.
She has:
ā¢ 500,000 plus followers across Instagram and Facebook
ā¢ 30,000 email subscribers on Kit
ā¢ A newly launched Substack with one post live
The audience exists.
The problem is conversion and setup.
The situation
A large email list was imported into Substack early on.
We need to confirm whether this caused engagement or deliverability issues.
The list still lives safely in Kit.
We are not afraid to remove subscribers from Substack if needed.
The founder does not want guesswork.
We want a clear plan and clean execution.

Phase 1. Audit and cleanup
