Student Assistant- Benefits Analyst (Hybrid)
About the position Responsibilities • Checking documents for validity. • Gathering information to identify/locate the correct benefit recipient(s). • Gathering information to support the specific benefits that are payable. • Communicating with and requesting information needed from clients to process cases. Requirements • Must be a college student attending classes during the regular term at an accredited college or university. • Must be enrolled in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students; four-semester units or six quarter units for graduate students. • Dependable, punctual, and flexible with the ability to follow directions. • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with various levels of staff. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience in a business operations or analyst position. • Individuals who are, or have been, a dependent child in foster care, a homeless youth, or a formerly incarcerated youth are encouraged to apply.
