Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Assignment
Magazine Student Editor. Students will edit Assignment, the online literary magazine of the Low-Residency MFA in Fiction and Nonfiction, to provide a forum for student writing and interviews with authors students are interested in.
Job Duties:
Create and edit and curate content for the online literary magazine, including short essays, short stories, and blog posts
Manage social media channels for the literary magazine as well
Acquire skills useful in publishing and editorial jobs, including proofreading and layout design.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
Work study part of financial aid package
Students with work study may be prioritized

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
