Student Account Specialist /Part-Time/
Quantic is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with excellent customer service skills to fill a part-time position as a Student Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with student accounts, collecting tuition payments and fees, and managing numerous CRMs.
The successful candidate will:
Ā Provide guidance to students on financial policies and procedures related to all aspects of the student account throughout the student life-cycle at Quantic
Ā Be responsible for accepting and posting of payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling respective transactions
Ā Support students in obtaining appropriate documentation for tuition and/or employer reimbursement
Ā Work with various departments to streamline and implement the tuition and/or employer reimbursement process
Ā Process refunds as needed
Ā Assist in the management and maintenance of appropriate data and reporting
Ā Convey a professional image and maintain positive, professional and helpful interactions with students, staff, faculty, and external customers
Ā Resolve account-related issues
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience includes:
Ā Bachelor's degree or higher
Ā Minimum of one (1) year of related experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
Ā High level of attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ā Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, grammatical skills
Ā Exceptional student service skills
Ā Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ā Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce
Ā Commitment to working in a collaborative environment
Preferred experience:
Ā Previous remote work experience
