Job Summary: As a Structured Product Controller at Binance , you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and managing innovative structured financial products within the crypto ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business unit, risk, legal, and product development to create tailored solutions that meet client needs, optimize returns, and manage risk in a rapidly evolving digital asset market. Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate structured crypto financial products such as tokenized derivatives, yield-bearing instruments, and securitized digital assets. Assess and optimise advanced financial models to price, assess risk, and forecast performance of crypto-structured products. Collaborate closely with business unit, risk management, legal, and product teams to structure and execute complex crypto finance transactions. Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics of structured crypto products, ensuring alignment with Binance ’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and market insights for internal stakeholders and external clients. Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks and Binance ’s internal policies related to crypto finance and structured products. Support the development and launch of new crypto-structured products by providing financial expertise and market intelligence. Assist in due diligence, documentation, and onboarding processes for structured finance deals involving digital assets. Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulatory changes, and technological innovations in the crypto and blockchain space. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in structured finance or investment banking with a strong focus or interest in crypto. Understanding of crypto assets, blockchain technology, and digital financial instruments. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Knowledge of global crypto regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience with DeFi, tokenization, and yield optimization strategies. Familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain analytics, and blockchain protocols.
