Join us in shaping a future where every business owner has the opportunity to thrive.Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 based on experienceModality: Hybrid (in-office 2-3 days/week)FLSA Exemption: ExemptSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm MSTWhat you’ll be doing:· Preparing weekly Borrowing Requests and accompany borrowing base supporting schedules· Preparing monthly servicer report for ABS Securitized portfolio, Credit Facility and Forward Flow financed leases· Reconcile weekly (eventually daily) lease portfolio net investment balances from lease system to accounting records and data tape report· Maintain, update and work with reporting team members to create and improve net investment rollforward reporting, borrowing base reporting and monthly servicer reporting, including automation· Supporting month end close and external audits related to Credit Facility, ABS structured finance and forward flow account reconciliations and requests· Maintain all finance related documentation and create summary documents of all compliance and other key points· Assist in forecasting cash and financing needs· Assist in due diligence and analysis of new finance products and servicesWhat you have:· Master’s degree in accounting or finance· 5 or more years of progressive accounting or finance experience· 2 or more years of experience in structured finance, ABS reporting, or financial reporting within a financial institution or investment bank· Proficiency in Excel and experience with and data visualization/reporting tools· Experience creating and maintaining reporting associated with structured finance· Experience and proficiency at reconciling finance related balance sheet account balances to financial system account records· Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and stakeholder presentationsWhat will make you stand out:· 5+ years of experience with securitization, forward flow or capital markets compliance· CPA, CFA or similar certification· Experience with Sigma reporting software, Odessa lease software and Snowflake reporting· Ability to write SQL and otherwise assist in creating and maintaining own rollforward, Monthly Servicer and borrowing base reports· Strong reconciliation skills with lease net investment accounts: Lease Receivable, Unearned Lease Income, Unearned Residual Income, Residual and Initial Direct CostsWhy Work for Clicklease:At Clicklease, we believe small businesses are the backbone of the economy—and we’re here to help them grow.
