You will ensure consistency and accuracy across all project phases and maintain drawing standards. You will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers, gaining exposure to structural design, analysis, renovations, adaptive reuse, and more. Your Role Prepare scaled drawings and contract documents under the guidance of a Professional EngineerInterpret and apply redlines to structural drawings with precisionMaintain and evolve CAD/BIM standards specific to structural engineering workflowsTroubleshoot CAD/BIM issues and support team trainingAssist with plotting/printing challenges and help train staff on best practicesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to process improvementsSupport project delivery timelines and communicate proactively with the team Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a structural engineering roleAssociate's degree (A.A.)or equivalentProficiency in AutoCAD and RevitFamiliarity with MicroStationAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a dynamic, forward-thinking commercial real estate design firm providing professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, branding, building measurement, structural engineering and MEP services to clients throughout the world.
