Maintenance Engineer - Disneyland Resort

Job Summary:

Join the Disney team as a Maintenance Engineer at the Disneyland Resort, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the magic of our iconic theme parks and hotels. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC and Refrigeration systems, heating, plumbing, ventilation, and other essential systems throughout the Disneyland Resort Hotels. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a knack for fixing and repairing complex systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC and Refrigeration systems, heating, plumbing, ventilation, and other equipment
Operate and maintain boilers, Industrial-Laundry equipment, compressors, generators, lighting systems, and other appurtenant equipment
Interact with guests and cast members, providing exceptional service and creating a magical experience
Complete work orders in the computerized maintenance program and manage energy management systems
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation of systems and equipment


Requirements:


Must be at least 18 years of age
EPA 608 certificate or Universal Certificate required
2 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays
Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
