About the Role
Provide personalized support to luxury retail customers via incoming communications
Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and issues with style and poise
Offer product recommendations and close sales with finesse
Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience in a luxury retail or similar environment
1+ year of post-secondary education or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
Proficiency in computer skills and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
Experience with USB wired headsets and smartphones or tablets (iOS or Android)
A passion for high-end fashion brands and exceptional customer service
