Job Summary:
We're looking for a reliable and organized individual to handle post-repossession activities, manage our lot operations, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office. As a Lot Attendant, you'll be responsible for:
Preparing vehicle redemptions, personal property inventory, and storage
Coordinating vehicle transport and other office functions
Maintaining the lot's grounds, including grass cutting, tree trimming, and debris removal
Utilizing computer skills, including email, scanning, faxing, and uploading pictures
Multitasking, phone management, and organizational tasks
Requirements:
At least 24 years of age (for insurance purposes)
No more than 2 driving infractions within the last 3 years
No felony criminal history
Excellent attention to detail, honesty, and flexibility
Strong computer literacy and organizational skills
