The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or M.D. degree in Health or Biomedical Informatics or a related field, or a master's degree with 10+ years of experience in Health Informatics. You will be expected to cover major areas of Health Informatics Education, including Health Information Science and Technology, Human Factors and Socio-technical systems, and Social and Behavioral Aspects of Health.
Responsibilities:

Teach in the Health Informatics Program and develop courses for traditional classroom, computer labs, and online education
Contribute to program goals, curriculum development, and training activities
Engage in scholarly activity, serve on professional committees, and maintain current knowledge in the field
Recruit, advise, and evaluate students, and participate in departmental and school committees
