Deliver in-depth product and service knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and other elements of American Express Small Business Services.
Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals.
Provide exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized environment.
Document essential account information according to established policies and procedures.
Maintain integrity and comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices.
Requirements:
2+ years of client care experience, with a passion for building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
2+ years of demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate an online environment.
Bachelor's degree.
