What You'll Achieve
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone in a high-volume contact center environment
Build and maintain solid customer relationships, handling inquiries and de-escalating concerns
Multi-task using proprietary software programs to track and document calls
Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email
Maintain productive relationships with peers through positive teamwork
Work with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need to Succeed
High School diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the US
At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
