Join our collaborative team as a D365 Technical Consultant and play a key role in implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions for our clients!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Technical Consultant to work remotely. As a D365 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client objectives. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that drive success.

About the Role

The D365 Technical Consultant is involved in all aspects of implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service from requirement workshops through the project life cycle to go-live and on-going support. You will utilize standard implementation methodologies to deliver compelling solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities


Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client objectives
Build existing and new D365 products
Utilize knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide clients during pre-implementation consulting engagements
Conduct business and systems analysis and documentation
Perform product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
Produce design, system, user, and procedural documentation
Configure and set up applications
Liaise with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
Manage change control
Design and execute data migration strategies
Plan, prioritize, and organize time, project schedules, and multiple project activities
Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio
Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
Write development specifications and interface with clients to test modifications and resolve issues
Participate in data migrations, integrations, report design, and design of security


Required Skills & Experience


12+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service development experience, including integration and data migration techniques
Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, Microsoft Dataverse platform, Power Automate, Power Pages
Hands-on experience with C#, .Net, JavaScript/TypeScript, Integration (Azure integration services and 3rd party integration tools), CI/CD experience, and JS frameworks like React.js and PCF controls
Experience with MS Dynamics plugins, Custom workflows, and custom Web Applications
Knowledge of Power platform admin tasks (Dataverse capacity, analysis, audit, copy environment) and understanding of CoPilot and Synapse Link
Troubleshooting experience with MS Dynamics issues
Agile Development experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams
Flexibility to travel and adaptability to work under tight timelines
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Dynamics 365, Power Platform certifications are mandatory
