Our users are primarily teachers, and we're dedicated to supporting educators around the world. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who work remotely, and we're looking for someone to join our Customer Support team.
Job Summary
As a Customer Relations Representative, your primary responsibility will be to respond to user needs in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer support via email, social media, and other channels. You will investigate, test, and resolve customer issues, process refunds, and compile chargeback disputes. You'll also collaborate with our team through regular video meetings and contribute to testing our sites before and after updates.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all email, social media, voicemail, and Slack messages in a timely and professional manner
Investigate, test, and resolve customer issues, and escalate issues where necessary
Process refunds and compile chargeback disputes
Meet with supervisor and team members via video conferencing on a regular basis
Satisfactorily meet performance and response metrics
Document customer issues and create bug tickets, where needed
Occasionally help test sites before and after updates
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a dedicated customer support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling
Self-motivated and self-directed, with a knack for turning sad faces into happy faces
Experience with remote work and high technical/web literacy
Reliable, high-speed internet connection
Ability to participate in virtual and video meetings
Experience in banking or handling payment transactions preferred
Experience and interest in writing preferred
