Job Summary
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their experience with us is consistently excellent. You'll work closely with our customers, drivers, and dry cleaning partners to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, working closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners
Handle 50+ calls per day, with a focus on delivering personalized and effective solutions
Liaise with dry cleaners and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery
Think on your feet and use your own initiative to resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements
2+ years of previous customer care experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, supportive team player with a passion for customer service
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls
Honesty and professionalism in everything you do
Comfortable working weekends when required
