Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced, collaborative call center environment.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $25-$29 per hour (up to $63,000-$74,000 per year with bonuses)
$2 Shift Differential

Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system
Become a product and solutions expert to provide accurate and confident product information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Prior customer service experience (training provided for the right candidate)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Work Environment:
On-site position at our Texas Branch: 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261
Training shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Regular shift: Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9 PM
