Stream Monitoring Operater
This is a remote position.We are hiring for a Weekend Stream Monitoring Operator role for an international client in the live sports broadcasting industry. This is a remote position supporting live streaming operations for global sports events.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor multiple live sports streams via dashboards
Detect and report issues (stream drops, audio/video quality, etc.)
Follow predefined procedures (runbooks) to resolve issues
Communicate with team and clients via Slack (text only)
Log incidents in the system
What you will NOT do:
No phone calls or direct client calls
No engineering decisions
No work outside provided systems
Requirements:
Strong written English
Comfortable with dashboards / basic technical tools
Detail-oriented and reliable
Availability for weekend shifts
Stable internet connection
Nice to have:
Experience in customer support, NOC, QA, or streaming/broadcast
