Strategy & Operations Associate, City Performance

Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will lead projects impacting Via’s operations, including financial analyses, process improvement, and product development.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Via data to inform operational strategies and report on operational performanceBuild dashboards, reports, and tools to generate operational insights, share key information, and automate repeated processesContribute to product development, both internal and consumer-facing, to optimize performance and efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally with executive leaders and stakeholders from across the organization including Product, Partner Success, Sales, Business Development, Expansion, Operations and Growth teamsIdeate, pitch, and execute proposals to maximize the efficiency and performance of Via’s products and servicesTogether with our product managers and engineers, own new product feature roll-outs and analysisGalvanize other teams (Partner Operations teams and general managers, finance, data science, product, senior management) to achieve long-term goals, unlock new value, and set Via up for scaleDevelop new and work with existing external partnerships to achieve Via’s growth and operational objectivesSkillsMinimum of 1-2 years of work experience, likely at a high-growth startup, established tech company, consulting, or financial firmHold a Bachelor's Degree with a record of academic and professional achievementHighly analytical and a good communicator.
