Join LPL Financial’s 10-week paid summer internship to support strategic initiatives, data analysis, and executive collaboration in a fast-paced financial services environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Support strategic initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and surfacing insights • Track key metrics and business performance indicators to inform decision-making • Build executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear, compelling stories • Assist with business management tasks including meeting preparation, project tracking, and reporting • Collaborate across teams to support communications, process improvements, and operational planning About YouThe company is looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field • Minimum 3.3 GPA • Strong interest in the financial services industry • Proficient in bolthires Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to analyze and organize data to uncover insights and trends • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills • Skilled in building presentation materials that tell a compelling story • Local to San Diego, CA or Fort Mill, SC during internship; hybrid schedule with 3 days in office • Offer contingent on successful background screeningCompensation & Benefits • Hourly rate: $22-$25 per hour, dependent on skill, experience, and work location • Full-time, 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026) • Work locations may be remote, hybrid, or in-office (San Diego, CA and Fort Mill, SC) Training & DevelopmentThe internship offers exposure to real-world strategy work, collaboration with senior leaders, and opportunities to develop skills in data analysis, strategic storytelling, and stakeholder engagement within a collaborative environment.This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job Apply tot his job
