In this individual contributor role, youâll act as a force multiplier for the business â owning operational rhythms, leading cross-functional initiatives, solving critical business challenges, and bringing clarity and structure where itâs needed most. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to support the development and scaling of fintech financial services products, including our digital wallet and payment solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of our Wallet offerings and operations.Duties/Responsibilities:Drive performance rigor: You'll own the weekly rhythm of the business â tracking daily KPIs, spotting anomalies early, and bringing sharp focus to what matters each week. Youâll create a structure where there isnât any yet.Lead mission-critical initiatives: Whether it's a high-stakes feature launch or a strategic rethink of how we operate, youâll lead cross-functional efforts that move the business forward â with accountability for outcomes, not just inputs.Be a systems thinker and a fixer: Youâll go deep on operational pain points, solve root causes, and improve the system, not just patch it. Whether it's a customer escalation or a payments fire drill, youâll figure it out and leave it better than you found it.Shape product and strategy through insight: Youâll dig into data, synthesize fast-moving signals, and influence decisions â both in the near term (e.g. feature prioritization) and on longer-term bets (e.g. new product concepts).Act like an owner: Youâll spot gaps before anyone else does â in the team, the plan, or the product. Youâll push forward ideas that werenât assigned to you and get things done without waiting for permission.Required Skills/Abilities: Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skillsExcellent project management and execution capabilitiesHigh comfort level with data â able to independently pull, analyze, and interpret dataProficiency with Excel is a must.
