You’ll serve as the operational bridge between our Sales, Product and Engineering teams — ensuring our clients see value quickly and that our internal teams are aligned throughout the customer lifecycle.You’ll work closely with the healthcare leadership team to refine operational processes, drive implementation success, and continuously improve client outcomes through hands-on coordination, strategic insight, and detailed execution.This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and has strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the onboarding and implementation process for healthcare clients from signed contract to successful deploymentProactively join customer calls to track progress, surface needs, and ensure a smooth rollout experienceCoordinate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers and deliver on timelinesMonitor client adoption and feedback, identifying trends and improvement opportunities in both process and productSupport documentation and continuous refinement of internal implementation workflows and client communicationsMaintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring expectations are clear, timelines are met, and communication is proactiveTake ownership of projects and client issues with a bias toward solutions and actionAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role (e.g., sales development, account coordination, customer success, or internal operations); experience in healthcare or SaaS implementation is a strong plusStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and customer-first mindsetHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with both technical teams and clientsStrong sense of ownership — you're energized by ambiguity, take initiative, and are motivated to improve processes and outcomesTechnical curiosity or familiarity with healthcare software and data systemsPassion for healthcare, technology, and improving the way patients and providers connectWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
