Vacancy Location: UK-Solihull Job Profile: Strategic Support Administrator – Financial Services Remote Working Part of LSL Property Services plc, LSLS’s Financial Services Division provides an extensive product panel, compliance, and other services to circa 3,000 advisers and 1,000 mortgage and protection firms. PRIMIS is one of the UK’s largest mortgage and insurance networks and together with the distribution introduced by independent brokers to The Mortgage Alliance, TMA, the Division has a mortgage market share of one in nine UK purchases and remortgages. We are seeking a Strategic Support Administrator (on a contract basis for a period of 6 months) to join the Strategic Initiatives Team in a role that supports the Director of Strategic Initiatives. The Strategic Support Administrator role exists to enable and support the successful growth of LSL Financial Services Division. Working with the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the role will operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to oversee the shaping and planning of our most strategically significant initiatives. The Strategic Support Administrator will link and liaise with colleagues and external third parties to support the capturing of detailed plans, risks, and actions alongside regular reporting to the Executive Team & Board. The role is Remote Working in the UK The role is wide ranging and varied but will include: To support business case development for complex strategic change initiatives by providing a comprehensive support service, undertaking tasks such as: Organising and supporting meetings and workshops Producing accurate meeting notes and actions Maintaining documentation (to include action logs, risk registers, plans) Gather data and stakeholder input to produce regular reports and presentations Engaging and co-ordinating between key stakeholders to source information and to facilitate effective communications Organising and managing Data Rooms, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint pages Organising and managing MI, data, insights, and research To support governance and continuous improvement, through: assembling and maintaining an audit trail of documentation applying lessons learned to refine the business case process supporting creation of repeatable “playbook” processes and templates What are we looking for in terms of skills and experience: Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives or areas of work simultaneously, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships with all levels of stakeholders and influence effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. Ability to work under pressure and to work accurately at pace Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience of preparing and working with confidential correspondence. Experience in financial services or similarly regulated sectors. Experience in supporting strategic initiatives and business case development. Demonstrable understanding of project management or experience working within a project environment. Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability. Salary £26,000 The role is Full Time, Employed and will be on a contract basis for a period of 6 months.
